Shipping and returns
Shipping. Free to every country we ship to. Orders leave the warehouse within one business day and arrive in 7 to 12 days, tracked all the way. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Returns. 45 days from the day it arrives, no questions asked. Write to help@feathersteel.com, we send a prepaid label, you drop it off. The refund goes back to the card you paid with within 5 business days of the case reaching us.
Wrong model? If the case does not fit the iPad you have, we swap it for the right one and cover the shipping both ways.
Warranty. Two years on the keyboard, the hinge and the battery. If something stops working, we replace it.
