Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. The case has to come back in the condition you got it, with the pen tray and any packaging you can still find.

Write to us first at help@feathersteel.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Do not send anything back before you hear from us, or we cannot match the parcel to your order.

What we refund

The full price of the item, back to the card you paid with, within five business days of the parcel reaching us. You cover the postage to send it back unless the case arrived damaged or we sent the wrong model.

If it arrived damaged or wrong

Send us a photo. We pay the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Wrong model ordered

It happens. The 30-day window covers it. Check Settings, General, About on your iPad if you are unsure which model you have.
